From cameraderie, to canteen conditions, the need for a 'pee ticket' to visit freezing rat infested latrines, long hours and, of course, the dangers, Viv tells it all. And it is a sobering thought that the risk of being seriously injured or killed when working in a munitions factory was actually greater than the risk men faced when men serving in the forces!
